_We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Broker who is ready to join the business._

Real Estate Broker (English, Arabic, Urdu, Hindu, Russian, Eastern European, Chinese, German, French Speakers)

Unlimited earning potential: Sales and commissions are the primary sources of your income.

You can work with Off
- plan, Secondary Market, Commercial & Residential Rentals, & Holiday Homes
- 60-70% commission for experience brokers ( under terms)
- VISA & Medical
- Business relationship with Top Developers
- Team leader, Management & Admin Support
- **Significant prior work experience in Dubai's real estate industry for at least a minimum of 2 years**:

- A thorough knowledge of the real estate market, including current market trends and best practices
- Language proficiency
- Strong interpersonal and business skills for success.
- Proficient in using real estate databases, CRM software, and other relevant tools.
- Can work in a competitive environment.
- Trustworthy, Self-motivated, and target-driven, with a passion for achieving sales goals.
- Must be a team player with the ability to balance leadership and collaboration.
- Capacity to work consistently and independently.
- Prominent visibility throughout all property portals.
- Professionally groomed and presentable.
- **Car & Valid UAE Driving license**:

- **Can start immediately.**
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Respond to leads and actively seek out new clients through various channels, including referrals, networking.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, assisting them in buying, selling, or renting residential or commercial properties.
- Conduct property viewings and showcase the features and benefits of each property to potential buyers or tenants.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with current real estate trends, property values, and competitive listings in the area.
- Negotiate and facilitate real estate transactions, including drafting and reviewing contracts, coordinating inspections, and ensuring smooth closing processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, properties, and sales transactions.
- Mediate the dealings between sellers and buyers, ensuring good conduct and the honest exchange of information towards a beneficial understanding.

**Salary**: AED1.00 - AED50,000.00 per month
