These individuals must be self-motivated, entrepreneurial, ambitious, well-presented, and, most importantly, have prior experience assisting ultra-high-net-worth individuals.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Exceed industry sales targets key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the Head of Sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and explore upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customers to maximize share of wallet.
- Coordinate pre-sales and post-sales follow-up activities.
- Exceed weekly and monthly key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Build strong and collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and external business partners.
- Monitor market trends and provide regular feedback on competitors.
- Verify that the above-mentioned listing documents adhere to Dubai's Land Department and Real Estate

Regulatory Agency (RERA) standards.
- Schedule appointments with prospective buyers to show properties.
