The Spa Attendant is responsible for serving the needs of the business, our guests, and our colleagues by ensuring the cleanliness of all Spa facilities.
- Stock towels, linens, supplies, and amenities in the locker room, lounge areas, and hospitality stations.
- Secure supplies and equipment and keep an accurate inventory list.
- Maintain a safe, clean and well-organized spa environment through consistent monitoring of the garden room, locker/facility areas, fitness area, aquatic area & slipper room throughout the day.
- Maintain closets and prep areas clean and organized.
- Assist with cleaning employees break room and back of the house spaces.
- Dispose of trash and dirty linens in the proper area throughout the day.
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment.
- Report maintenance issues to Spa Management Team in a timely and effective manner.
- Fully comply with rules and regulations for the safe and effective operation of the facilities.

**Qualifications**
- Previous Spa or Hospitality experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and problem solving abilities.
- Highly responsible & reliable.
- Able to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
