Currently we are looking for the Technical Sales & Marketing Manager.

Technical Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and market penetration by effectively promoting our technical products and services. This role demands a results-oriented individual with a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to foster strong customer relationships.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive technical sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion in the HDPE pipe / industrial sector.
- Lead a dynamic sales team, providing guidance and support to drive exceptional performance and meet individual and team objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, engineering firms, and industry partners to identify new business opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the product development team to stay informed on the latest technical advancements and product enhancements to meet customer demands.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential growth areas and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Plan and participate in industry events, trade shows, and technical seminars to enhance brand visibility and engage with prospective clients.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop compelling technical content, digital campaigns, and technical literature to support sales efforts.
- Prepare and present technical sales and marketing reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for continual improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all technical and marketing policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, or related fields. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience of at least 5-7 years in technical sales and marketing management within the HDPE pipe or industrial product industry or a similar technical sector.
- Strong technical acumen, with the ability to understand and communicate complex engineering concepts to clients.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of driving sales performance and fostering a cohesive team environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with CRM software, digital marketing tools, and data analytics platforms.
- Passion for technical innovation and a commitment to delivering top-quality products and services to customers.
