**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the Automobile sector.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
