**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- 1. Market Expansion:_
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Shatha Beauty Centre's presence in the luxury beauty industry.
- Research and analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competition to develop informed strategies.
- Develop and execute market entry plans for new geographical areas.
- 2. Strategic Partnerships:_
- Establish and nurture relationships with potential partners, including beauty brands, suppliers, influencers, and local businesses.
- Collaborate with partners to create mutually beneficial marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that align with the center's objectives.
- 3. Sales and Revenue Growth:_
- Create and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
- Lead the sales team to effectively promote and sell our range of luxury beauty services and products.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
- 4. Client Relationship Management:_
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and enhance customer loyalty.
- Gather client feedback and insights to continuously improve our services and offerings.
- Address and resolve customer concerns and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- 5. Marketing and Branding:_
- Develop and oversee marketing campaigns to enhance the visibility and reputation of Shatha Beauty Centre.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, advertisements, and social media strategies.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all customer touchpoints.
- 6. Team Leadership and Development:_
- Provide leadership and guidance to the sales and marketing teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Train and develop team members to improve their skills, product knowledge, and customer service capabilities.
- Set performance goals, conduct regular performance reviews, and identify opportunities for professional growth.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the luxury beauty or wellness industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- In-depth knowledge of the Arabian beauty market and industry trends.
- Strong network of connections within the beauty and wellness sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective business strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

**Compensation**:

- Competitive overall compensation package, including a fixed salary and a highly attractive annual commission structure.
