**Job scope**:

- To prepare tenders for clients showing cost estimates for specific repairs, modifications, projects, etc.
- To ensure an acceptable ISO standards of Quality, Environmental, OHSMS and Security Management System and American Petroleum Institute (API) Q1 are maintained in accordance with recognized working practices and the Company’s QEHS&S Manual and Policy.
- To ensure safe working practices are maintained at all times.

**Responsibilities**:

- Study technically and commercially the repair/job specification and seek assistance from other departments.
- Estimate and prepare tenders using the tendering system or manually.
- Review Customer’s terms and conditions and highlight any inconsistencies with Yard’s General terms and conditions.
- Calculation of total cost, man-hours, etc. related to individual tenders.
- Contract review to be completed and updated at all stages.
- Ensures the Yard’s Quality Assurance System is followed.
- Presentation of the tender analysis to Management for approval.
- Close contact with Customers and Agents
- Discuss work specification with concerned service and Project Manager (SR), if required.
- Attend vessel’s inspection abroad or at anchorages.

**Qualifications**:

- Holder of a University/Technical Degree or equivalent.
- 5 years experience in Ship Repair experience and Management.

**Salary**: AED9,500.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
