The Assistant Sales Manager's role is to create sales opportunities, promote FittGROUP products and services to potential clients, maintain and grow existing client accounts and relationships, negotiate contracts and sales with the aim of maximizing profits, and represent the company at events.

**Assistant Sales Manager Job Roles/Responsibilities**:
Provide first-class service to our clients and potential clients and promote sales opportunities

Act as an intermediary between our partners and clients. Make phone calls and meetings to further sales

Actively promote FittGROUP events, products, and services to prospective clients and negotiate contracts with the aim of maximizing profits

Maintain and grow existing client accounts

Represent the company at events

Responsible for delivering an outstanding experience to all clients, using appropriate sales techniques and product knowledge to reach sales targets

Responsible for following up with clients, and ensuring transactions are successful and delivered as promised

Actively promote products and services to clients and prospects, contacting and meeting them to determine their needs

Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned markets

Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base

Develop business plans and sales strategies that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability

Prepare action plans for the effective search for sales leads and prospects

Initiate and coordinate the development of action plans to penetrate new markets

Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans

Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance and sales

Create and conduct sales presentations

Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team and to clients

Ensure that sales meet or exceed targets set for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals, and final sales

Maintain contact with clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction

**Qualifications/ Key skills for Assistant Sales Manager - To be considered for this role, you will need to have**:
Fluency in English -spoken and written

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Math skills

Computer literacy, microsoft office, database skills,

Skills in business, accounting, marketing, finance, target market analysis

Presentation skills

University/College education or equivalent

Proven experience in sales & marketing

Minimum of 4 years working in sales and marketing in a commercial environment

Self-motivated and driven by targets

Demonstrable sales skills and success

Commercial experience

**Salary**: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
