**Job Title**: Freelance Trainer for Highfield

**Job Type**: Freelance/Contract

**Location**: Remote/On-site

Our mission is to equip professionals with the necessary skills and certifications to excel in their respective fields.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver Highfield-accredited Level 2 and Level 3 training programs in areas such as health and safety, food safety, first aid, security, and other vocational qualifications.
- Customize training materials and sessions to meet the specific needs and skill levels of various client groups.
- Utilize effective training methods to engage participants and facilitate learning.
- Stay up-to-date with Highfield's guidelines and ensure all training content complies with their standards.
- Assess and evaluate participants' understanding and competency through exams, practical assessments, and feedback sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and assessments in accordance with Highfield requirements.
- Provide post-training support and guidance to participants as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in delivering training programs, preferably with a focus on Highfield Qualifications at Level 2 and Level 3.
- Relevant certifications from Highfield Qualifications in areas such as health and safety, food safety, first aid, security, or other vocational qualifications.
- "Train the Trainer" qualification from Highfield or a recognized equivalent.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple training sessions simultaneously.
- Flexibility to adapt training methods and materials to meet the needs of different audiences.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with online learning platforms and e-learning tools.
- Familiarity with the specific compliance and regulatory requirements of various industries.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
