**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design and Deliver Training Programs**:

- Develop and deliver comprehensive training modules in Digital Marketing, Soft Skills, and Personality Development.
- Customize training content to suit the audience's level of knowledge and specific needs.
- Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and formats, including group discussions, role-playing, simulations, and lectures.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Create detailed training materials, including presentations, handouts, and e-learning modules.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate them into training programs.
- **Assessments and Feedback**:

- Develop assessment tools to measure training effectiveness and participant learning.
- Provide constructive feedback to participants and suggest areas for improvement.
- Collect and analyze feedback to improve future training sessions.
- **Certification and Compliance**:

- Ensure training programs meet industry standards and certification requirements.
- Assist participants in achieving relevant certifications where applicable.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their training needs and objectives.
- Maintain open communication with participants, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Network with industry professionals to stay informed about best practices and emerging trends.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, Communication, or a related field.
- Master’s degree is a plus.
- **Certifications**:

- Train the Trainer (TTT) certification or equivalent.
- Relevant certifications in Digital Marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint).
- Certification in Soft Skills Training (e.g., NLP Practitioner, Dale Carnegie Training).
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in training Digital Marketing, Soft Skills, and Personality Development.
- Proven track record of delivering successful training programs to various audiences.
- Experience in developing training materials and conducting needs assessments.
- **Skills**:

- Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate participants.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for training delivery.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Ability to travel as needed for on-site training sessions.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate different time zones and client needs.
- High level of professionalism and commitment to continuous learning.
