The Role
Join us as a Procurement Analyst, where you'll play a pivotal role in implementing dynamic procurement strategies for Gulf Coca-Cola Beverages that directly align with our business goals and strategy. Get ready to lead sourcing initiatives, revamp procurement processes, and collaborate with diverse departments to uncover exciting cost-saving opportunities. Roles & Responsibilities Data Analysis: - Gather, analyze, and maintain procurement data. - Generate reports to support decision-making. - Stay informed about market trends and prices to make informed purchasing decisions. Procurement Process Support: - Assist in developing and executing procurement strategies. - Prepare and review purchase orders and contracts. - Collaborate with different departments to understand their procurement needs. - Execute the agreed-upon strategy using a tailored approach. - Work on savings projects aligned with business priorities. Administrative Activities: - Manage purchase requests received through the online system. - Ensure competitive bidding in line with procurement policies. - Obtain quotes when contracts are not in place. - Handle documentation requirements and demurrage claims in the clearance department. - Manage claims with suppliers. - Ensure shipping insurance is in place as needed. - Oversee contract expirations through renewal or tendering. Procurement Operations: - Support in executing cost pricing, contract, and negotiation strategies. - Build sustainable relationships with suppliers. Ensure Excellent Service: - Achieve 100% on-time and in-full supplier delivery as per targets. - Optimize raw material inventory levels. - Monitor and align transactions in the procure-to-payment process. - Develop a systematic ordering process. - Lead the supplier selection and negotiation process. - Continuously assess market conditions and supplier conditions. - Identify alternative supply sourcing options, including localization.

**Requirements**:
Role Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, operations or related - Background in strategic sourcing, category management, risk management, and supplier relationship management. - Strong presentation skills. - Experience in project management. - Good understanding of DOIP (Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion). - Proficiency in MS Excel, with the ability to create comprehensive analytical reports and provide training. - Leadership capabilities for managing a team in this field. - Knowledge of SAP systems and financial analysis. - Willing to work in Dubai, UAE. - English and Arabic Speaking - Local UAE national with Family book
