As an Accounts and Procurements Analyst, you will assist with the day-to-day management of our accounting records and procurement processes. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial operations and supply chain management within a fast-paced and supportive environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in processing invoices and maintaining accounts payable records.
- Support procurement tasks, including vendor communication and purchase order management.
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Preparing reports on cost analysis.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience with accounting software (i.e. Zoho Books) is a plus.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Knowledge on the supply chain procedure.

**Work Hours & Benefits**:

- Work hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

**Job Type & Pay**:
The position begins with a **training period**, during which the applicant will receive compensation in the form of a basic transportation fee (300-500 AED). Upon successful completion of the training and meeting all performance criteria, the applicant will be offered a full-time position with a pay of **3000 AED** as a start.
