**_Job Description:_**:

- Schedule transport considering vehicle, driver and assistant availability, based on demand and warehouse information;_
- Request vehicles from the GA sector according to warehouse demand;_
- Monitor and assist the drivers’ working hours, so that the daily limit is not exceeded;_
- Completion of the pre-loading check-list in all programs carried out;_
- Issue loading packing lists;_
- Issue and send operational spreadsheets when necessary;_

**_ Job Requirements:_**:

- Issue and send operational spreadsheets when necessary;_
- Plan and monitor collections and deliveries;_
- Carry out routing of distribution loads;_
- Plan scheduling operations, checking the particularity of each client;_
- Monitor and handle reports of late deliveries;_
- Immediately notify your superior of any irregularities you find;_
- Carry out any activity at the discretion of the immediate superior._
