**Job Summary**: Responsible for ensuring smooth mobilization of machinery/equipment, tracking, and documentation.

**Role & Responsibilities**
- Collaborates and communicates with the internal and external stakeholders and mobilize the machinieries as per the specifications.
- Track, traces, and updates the status of mechanieries/ vehicles.
- Draft contract (SLS/ LPO), negotiate and documentation.
- Compiles carrier and route assignments.
- Maintain record of all the machienieries and their working conditions.
- Periodic review of machineries and documents.
- Understands and follows SOPs and work procedures.
- Maintain monthly sales records.
- Collecte daily reports from the stand in charge of the vehicle moment.

Experience: 4+ Years (UAE experience is a must in the transport industry/ heavy machinery and equipment)

Nationality: Any

Qualification; Graduate

Languages: English, Hindi (Must) Arabic preferable

Gender: Male/Female

**Ability to commute/relocate**:
Dubai: Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
