- Organizing and supporting all services and activities/stationary: storing, distributing and ordering monthly requirement
- To maximize employee productivity through the use of multi-skilling, multi-tasking and flexible scheduling to meet the financial goals of the business as well as the expectations of the guests.
- To assist the administrator/supervisor in managing the day-to-day operation of the Front Desk at the facility.
- Organized and efficient, they also oversee and execute everyday administrative tasks to ensure that the medical office runs smoothly and successfully.
- Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
- Flexible with the given schedule by administrator
- Ability to work independently, knows time management, disciplined, with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Can promote services offered and can cross sell.
