- Handling full recruitment cycle of all information technology (IT) and security systems positions including networks/systems/security/software, elv technicians/engineers/managers etc,
- Manpower planning, issuance of offer letters, onboarding and visa processes.
- Policy framing and implementation.
- Strong grip on UAE labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
