We’re looking for a Experienced individual contributor Operational Buyer. Capable of working with mínimal supervision of the whole P2P process for Africa and Middle East, Manage E-Auctions and coordinates vendor onboarding process for Africa and Middle East.

Role Overview: Operational Buyer will provide administrative assistance to the Purchasing function of Supply Chain while ensuring materials are ordered at best possible rate, delivered on time, in right quantity & quality; within set KPI’s and assist Purchasing Manager as required

What you'll do:
- Review & respond to MRP expediting messages & urgent enquiries on a daily basis; review and release planned purchasing recommendation within set authority limits- Confirmation of Purchase Orders with Suppliers and updating of delivery terms; Ensure PO’s are delivered on time and expedite overdue PO’s with suppliers- Proper co-ordination with key stakeholders in order to meet their demand and request on time- Liaison with freight forwarding companies and logistics department for collection of shipment, freight and delivery to Jebel Ali and sites; follow up on delivery status.- Manage the e-auctions for Africa and Middle East- Coordinate with WIPRO, Vendor management team and Aggreko stakeholders the vendor onboarding queries and escalations.

You’ll have the following skills and experience:
- College/Associate degree in related field or equivalent qualifications.- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.- General understanding of p2p process- Exposure to any ERP systemSupplier Management & Negotiation skills- Skill & ability to work on multiple tasks- Good written, oral & interpersonal communication skills- Technical knowledge on best procurement practices- Sourcing & analytical skills
