**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our furniture retail stores, ensuring smooth functioning sales, marketing, business planning, promotional campaigns, and customer service and adherence to company standards.
- Manage store staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Implement strategies to optimize store performance, drive sales, and achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate replenishment activities as needed.
- Manage all aspects of our e-commerce platform, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and customer service. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute all online activities with respect to traffic acquisition, online presence, sales, campaigns, conversion, managing internal data sources, margins, and reporting. Monitor website performance, analyze key metrics, and implement strategies to improve user experience and conversion rates.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance the e-commerce experience.
- Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and maintain adequate inventory levels. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to optimize costs and maximize profitability.
- Coordinate logistics and distribution activities, including warehouse management, shipping, and delivery scheduling.
- Assist in budget planning and financial forecasting for both retail stores and e-commerce operations.
- Oversee all aspects of operations, including order management, inventory, payment processing, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) receipt, and the transactional flow of all orders. Monitor expenses, track sales performance, and analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities. Direct the management of retail outlets, including store operations, sales teams, and resources, to drive profitable growth. Additionally, responsible for overseeing warehouse operations and outlets to ensure sales, profitability, expense control, productivity, efficiency, and adherence to company SOPs.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and business insights. Monitor customer, market and competitor activities and provide clear and constructive feedback to Senior Management team.
- Assist with the executions of all other operational related tasks assigned by the Management and Perform any other roles and responsibilities assigned by the Management.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, operations management, supply chain management, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in operations management or related roles within the furniture industry.
- Knowledge of the Furniture Industry: Understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, distribution channels, and market trends
- Ability to effectively manage and motivate teams, with experience in team supervision or leadership.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions to improve processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with internal teams, external vendors, and senior management.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and priorities.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment.
