Export Documentation Coordinator

**Export Documentation Coordinator**:
- **Location**:Sharjah, UAE
**Responsibilities**:
- Follow up on all assigned bookings, and carrying vessel dates and ensure the system is updated on a real-time basis.
- Coordinate with different bookings users for collection of needed details and/or documents for proper shipment documentation with carriers.
- Submitting Shipping Instructions, VGMs, and other documents needed to carriers manually or via INTRRA within their cut-offs, then ensuring produced shipment documentation is discrepancy-free against the actual shipment’s details and taking corrective actions when needed.
- Follow-up on documented shipments for payment and releases.
- Assist the Shipping officer when needed with any assigned tasks (Follow-ups, Bookings, etc. ).
**Experience and Qualifications**:
- Experience in the USA to/From Middle East business is an asset.
- 3 years of freight forwarding / NVOCC / Shipping lines experience. Preferred in Documentation and/or customer service function.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software programs
- Logistics degree preferred.
- **Personal characteristics**: Details-oriented - Self-motivated - excellent communication skills.
**READ** **CAREFULLY**
- Arabic speaker is a must
- 5 working days a week with 2 days off.
- Night shifts on a fixed basis
**What we offer**:
- SALARY RANGE 3000-4000 MONTHLY
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
- Freight Forwarding / NVOCC / Shipping line: 3 years (preferred)
