**Overview**:
As the Chief Assistant with experience in media creation and filming, you will be a vital asset to our organization, providing comprehensive support to senior management while leveraging your expertise in media production and filming techniques. Your role will involve managing administrative tasks, coordinating projects, and contributing to media creation efforts, including drone filming and general filming activities. Your combination of administrative proficiency and creative skills will be essential in supporting the diverse needs of our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**: Provide high-level administrative support to senior management, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence. Assist with travel arrangements, expense reporting, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- **Project Coordination**: Coordinate media production projects from inception to completion, including planning, scheduling, and resource management. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.
- **Media Creation**: Utilize your expertise in media creation to contribute to the development and execution of multimedia content, including videos, podcasts, and visual presentations. Take a hands-on approach to filming, editing, and post-production tasks, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- **Drone Filming**: Leverage your experience in drone filming to plan and execute aerial footage capture for various projects. Operate drones safely and effectively to capture stunning visuals from unique perspectives, adhering to relevant regulations and safety protocols.
- **General Filming**: Assist with general filming activities, including camera operation, lighting setup, and audio recording. Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth execution of filming sessions and adherence to creative vision and technical requirements.
- **Communication**: Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications related to media production projects. Facilitate communication between team members, clients, and external vendors to ensure alignment and clarity of objectives.
- **Creative Input**: Offer creative input and innovative ideas to enhance the quality and impact of media content. Collaborate with team members to brainstorm concepts, develop scripts, and storyboard visual narratives that resonate with target audiences.
- **Problem Solving**: Anticipate potential challenges and proactively identify solutions to address them. Troubleshoot technical issues, logístical obstacles, and creative dilemmas to keep projects on track and ensure successful outcomes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in film production, media studies, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in media creation, including filming, editing, and post-production, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Experience in drone filming and piloting, with a thorough understanding of aerial cinematography techniques and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in camera operation, lighting setup, audio recording, and other aspects of general filming.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and familiarity with multimedia production tools and technologies.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for storytelling and visual communication.
