Conveyancer / Sales Progressor

We are looking for a experienced Conveyancer / Sales Progressor who has Real Estate experience.

Icona Property prides itself on its internationally diverse employees from all corners of the globe. Our employees will create and sustain relationships with clients, developers, communities, and even other agencies.

We provide continuous training to staff with training sessions focusing on client interaction, changing trends within the Dubai real estate market, and the general UAE rules and regulations regarding investing in property.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure paperwork companies with all Dubai Land Department (DLD) regulations
- Ensure all RERA Forms and procedures are completed
- Ensure that all parties involved are informed at every stage of the procedure
- Coordinate with the mortgage provider to obtain the necessary paperwork as required
- Manage the Power of Attorney certification procedure and work with banks to acquire responsibility letters for mortgages
- Assist with obtaining No Objection Certificates (NOCs) from developers to ensure a swift transfer process
- Check the accuracy of the information on the checks and trustee services of security checks

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years’ experience in the Dubai Real Estate Industry with leading broker agency
- Strong knowledge of Dubai's property market legal and regulatory framework (DLD / RERA)
- Excellent communication skills
- Organised
