  • Coordination and Certification of Power of Attorney (If Applicable).
  • Property Transfer Support in Dubai Land Department Trustee Office.
  • Post-Handover Customer Service Support.
  • Communication with relevant parties to conduct handover appointment.
  • Document Management and Administration Services.
  • Ensure all property snagging documentation is correctly compiled and communicated.
  • Collection and Handover of Keys, Access Cards, Parking Remotes, etc.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Conveyancer in the Dubai real estate industry.
  • Indepth knowledge of property conveyancing processes, legal documentation, and real estate transactions in Dubai.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to review and analyze complex legal documents.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A proactive and solutionoriented approach to problemsolving and client representation.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • With UAE Driver's License.

Salary:
AED7, AED9,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Conveyancing: 2 years (required)

License/Certification:

  • UAE Driver's License (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • Dubai (required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Dubai: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
