**Property Handover Executive**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handover Process Management:
- Coordinate and schedule property handover appointments with clients.
- Conduct property inspections with clients to ensure all elements of the property meet
the agreed-upon standards.
- Prepare and manage the necessary documentation for property handovers, including
legal, compliance, and ownership transfer documents including contracts, checklists.
- Address any issues or discrepancies identified during handover and ensure quick
resolution
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely
manner.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams (e.g., construction, legal, sales) to
address and resolve client concerns.
- Inspection Coordination: Schedule and conduct property inspections, identifying any
necessary repairs or maintenance prior to handover.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients,
ensuring a positive experience and high satisfaction rates.
- Problem Resolution: Proactively address any issues that arise during the handover
process and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve them promptly.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field
(preferred).
- Proven experience in property management, real estate, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations is a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED8,500.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
- Real Estate: 1 year (preferred)
- Property Handover: 1 year (preferred)
