- Trains and develops the T&C Admin
- Prepares Offer Letters and Recognition letters for internal promotions and transfers
- Assists in conducting and handling Colleague concerns
- Assists with the analysis and final report of the Annual Remuneration Survey
- Directs and coordinates Employee Communication Programs. Oversees Bulletin Boards, Newsletter, Monthly Shift Briefing and submissions for “Dialogue”
- Responsible for key employee relations programs including the Service Plus Committee, Anniversary Awards and Annual Colleague Party.
- Assists with conducting Fairmont Selection Interviews (FSI)
- Liaises with the Paymaster for the monthly changes in OASYS. Manage OASYS (adding new colleagues, salary, designation changes)
- Manages the signature book and EAF’s, ensuring accuracy with regards to vacation entitlements and promotions and salary changes
- Assists Cluster Director of Talent & Culture with the Colleague Review performance tracking and communication to Leaders
- Maintains and communicates the HR reports
- Supports the GR Office and L&D as needed
**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience within Human Resources, preferably within a hotel environment.
- University/College degree or a formal education in Human Resources Management an asset
- Strong computer skills, proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), PowerPoint
- Self-confident, creative and proactive, able to prioritize and make effective decisions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build strong relationships, interact and influence others at all levels of the organization
- Highly organized and able to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer literacy a must, with a strong knowledge of Word, Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
