- Supervise and mentor clinic staff, including receptionists, medical assistants, and other clinical personnel.
- Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to staff members.
- Create and maintain staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for clinic operations.
- Address staff concerns and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
- **Clinic Operations**:
- Oversee patient flow and ensure efficient clinic operations.
- Monitor patient wait times and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage patient appointments and scheduling.
- Maintain clinic supplies and equipment inventory.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- **Patient Care**:
- Assist with patient care as needed, including rooming patients, taking vital signs, and assisting with procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and address their concerns.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
