Job Summary
- Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup and operation of filling lines, including filling, capping, labeling, case packing, and palletizing of PET/HDPE bottles and tins
- Follow all SOPs to ensure consistency and quality in production processes.
- Monitor equipment during operation to identify and report any issues or malfunctions to senior operators or supervisors.
- Conduct routine inspections of products to ensure quality standards are met, including checking for leaks, labeling accuracy,Packaging material accuracy and correct capping.
- Assist in performing maintenance tasks and cleaning of machines as per maintenance schedules to ensure optimal operation.
- Help with the changeover of production lines for different product runs, including adjusting machine settings and replacing parts or tools as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of production data, including quantities produced and any defects or downtime.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and timelines while ensuring a safe working environment.
- Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.

- Work experience requirement
- 1 - 2 years of experience to operate filling line in edible oil or beverage industry
- Machine Operation:Ability to assist in setting up and adjusting machinery for different production runs.
- Mechanical Skills:Capability to perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance under supervision.
- Data Recording:Proficient in maintaining accurate production records, including quantities produced and defect reports.
- Safety Compliance:Understanding of safety regulations and practices in a manufacturing environment, with a commitment to maintaining a safe workspace. Ability to recognize hazards and implement safety measures during operations.
