**Job Summary**

**Job Purpose**:
Responsible for assisting the Café Manager in the operation of the Café or the unit.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assisting the Café Manager for maintaining Company standards of operation in the areas of food quality, Service quality, cleanness, and maintenance.
- Responsible for keeping a good ambiance in the Café.
- Responsible for the profitability of the store with assignments of Accurately reporting all costs, Ensure Unit operation meets or exceeds budgeted sales (monitor daily) & Ensure Unit operation meets or is below budget on costs (monitor daily).
- Responsible for the performance staff including ensure staff reach their full potential through on-going evaluation, training and development, ensure consistently high morale, energy, spirit, and guest obsession.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Qualifications: Minimum a bachelor’s degree /depends on previous experience and aptitude or Equivalent Experience.

Experience: 2 years of experience as supervisor or any other similar role preferably in casual dining categories
- Previous experience as a CPD or in a similar role is preferred.
- Conceptual thinking, sales ability, commercial awareness, analytical ability, Customer Service Orientation, Self-Management.
- confident to deal with the customers by telephone or in person.
- keen sales drive and pro activeness.
- high level of energy, drive, and determination.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, reduce costs, and enhance profitability.
- Stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to make informed business decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to understand customers.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
