**In this role, you will be responsible for**:
Presenting and selling BNC's flagship product, AIR, as an Integrated Business Intelligence System (IBIS) to consultants, contractors, and suppliers across assigned territories in the GCC. You will be required to operate in line with management directives and in accordance with the Company’s policies, standards, and procedures which form the organization’s quality management system. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for establishing IBIS as the primary software platform used by the construction industry for business intelligence and workflow management, in their assigned region.

The operational responsibilities of this position are:

- Generating leads by contacting potential customers to introduce our Company and products
- Working closely with the pre-sales and marketing teams to generate leads for IBIS
- Actively participating in social media marketing
- Qualifying customers through primary and secondary research
- Understanding customer requirements and presenting solutions based on IBIS
- Delivering powerful product presentations
- Maintaining detailed records of customer information and all customer interactions
- Meeting targets for sales and marketing campaigns

In addition to the above, you will be expected to complete any other tasks assigned by your Supervisor.

**Requirements**:
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
**Education**: Bachelor Degree in Engineering; MBA preferred

**Experience**: 3+ years of work experience with project sales in the construction industry

5+ years in B2B sales of SaaS solutions or CRM systems to the construction industry

**Driving license**: UAE driving license required

**Knowledge**: Understanding the workflow and operations of consultants, contractors and suppliers in the GCC. Knowledge of CRM systems, document management systems, and project management software. Familiarity with SaaS systems and cloud computing.

**Soft Skills**: Analytic skills to understand workflow and business intelligence management problems and propose solutions. Strong presentation skills.

**Qualities**: Analytic and consultative business approach. Target oriented. Persistence. Follow-through.

**Languages**: Excellent written and spoken business English.

**Personality: Y**ou must be a positive people person with the confidence to present to senior decision-makers.
