In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls with potential leads, following up on inquiries received from various portals, and encouraging customers to visit our showroom for vehicle viewings and test drives.

**Responsibilities**:
Respond promptly to inbound calls and inquiries from potential customers through online portals.

Follow up on leads to build strong relationships and address any questions or concerns.

Schedule showroom visits and test drives for potential buyers, ensuring a seamless transition from inquiry to in-person interaction.

Maintain an organized and accurate database of customer interactions, follow-ups, and appointments.
