arcab is a technology-enabled bus aggregator that empowers fleet owners to make more money by increasing the utilization of their vehicles. We are tackling the 250B$ MENA market for moving people and things. We are growing rapidly working with the largest fleet operators in the region with thousands of vehicles in our supply pool. We show fleet operators that you don't need more vehicles to make more money. By sharing the fixed costs of vehicles, we're able to increase revenues for fleet operators, decrease costs for corporations, and provide a great user experience for the end-user. arcab has received backing and support from global and regional investors and is part of leading accelerators and incubators in the region such as HUB71 (Mubadala, SoftBank, ADGM) and Dubai Future Accelerators (by Dubai Future Foundation).

**About The Role**

We are seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative to own the sales development process - including, strategy, growth, and effective sales process management - in which arcab will be researching, identifying, and connecting with prospective customers. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for daily operational and administrative tasks to drive sustainable financial growth through forging strong relationships with clients and boosting sales.

**You Would**
- Build a preliminary target list of prospective customers (leads) based on company criteria that arcab provides including, Number of employees, and annual revenue
- Make discovery calls to identify interest for arcab’s services, and set up meetings for the Sales Team to connect with the leads generated
- Support the Sales Team in developing quotes and customized proposals for clients, and by providing after-sales support
- Attend meetings, conferences, and industry events, to identify prospective customers
- Update and Maintain arcab’s Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) database to organize qualified sales leads
- Keep a record of sales, invoices, and revenue
- Accurately forecast weekly, monthly, and quarterly attainments
- Coordinate with the Sales Team to support the management of the Sales Process.

**We’d Love To Meet If You Have**
- Stellar oral and written communication skills. English fluency is a must and knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Ability to pick up the phone and connect with prospective customers
- An entrepreneurial spirit - willing to work for hands on, take ownership and lead initiatives
- Adequate knowledge of Excel/ Google Sheets / MS Office
- Experience with inventory management, database, or similar software is beneficial, along with a willingness to learn how to effectively use new software and sales tools
- Ability to work independently or in a group.
