**HR COORDINATOR: JOB DESCRIPTION**
- **Coordinate job postings, review resumes, conduct interviews, and facilitate the selection process in collaboration with department managers.**
- **Ensure compliance with equal employment opportunity (EEO) guidelines and regulations.**
- **Coordinate new hire orientation sessions, ensuring that all necessary paperwork and training materials are provided.**
- **Assist new employees with completing required forms and familiarize them with clinic policies and procedures.**
- **Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth integration of new hires into their respective roles.**
- **Payroll processing.**
- **Medical staff license processing and license renewal.**
- **Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace issues.**
- **Mediate and resolve conflicts between employees, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.**
- **Conduct investigations into employee complaints or misconduct as needed, maintaining confidentiality, and adhering to legal requirements.**
- **Identify training needs within the clinic and coordinate the development and delivery of training programs.**
- **Partner with department heads to create individualized development plans for staff members.**
- **Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and adjust programs as necessary.**
- **Oversee the performance appraisal process, ensuring timely evaluations and feedback for all employees.**
- **Provide guidance to supervisors and managers on performance management best practices, goal setting, and performance improvement plans.**
- **Assist in the implementation of disciplinary actions when necessary, following clinic policies and procedures.**
- **Stay up to date on federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, ensuring clinic compliance.**
- **Maintain accurate employee records and documentation in accordance with legal requirements.**
- **Collaborate with management to address any compliance issues and implement corrective actions.**
- **Manage employee benefit programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.**
- **Maintain HRIS (Human Resources Information System) database and ensure data accuracy.**
- **Prepare and analyze HR-related reports for management review.**

**Qualifications**:

- **Nationality: Philippines**
- **Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).**
- **Proven experience in HR roles, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting.**
- **Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.**
- **Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.**
- **Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.**
- **Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.**
- **Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.**

**Salary**: AED2.00 - AED2.50 per month
