Administrative Officer

Manage office supplies stock and place orders
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets/ Petty cash
- Maintain and update company databases
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
- Update office policies as needed
- Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
- Book meeting rooms as required
- Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
- Arrange travel and accommodations
- Schedule in-house and external events
- Provides leadership to build relationships crucial to the success of the organization, and manages a variety of special projects for
the director, some of which may have organizational impact.
- Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgement letters,
personal correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate the Director's ability to effectively lead the company.
- Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful
completion, often with deadline pressures.
- Participates as an adjunct member of the Executive Team including assisting in scheduling meetings and attending all meetings
- Assists in coordinating the agenda of senior management team meetings and off-sites, and all staff meetings
- Facilitates cross-divisional coordination of travel and outreach plans and initiatives
- Works with the Strategic Initiatives team in coordinating the Director's outreach activities
- Follows up on contacts made by the Director and supports the cultivation of ongoing relationships

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
