The role of the **TikTok Content Creator** is to enhance our brand’s presence on social media, particularly on TikTok.

**Content Creation**:

- Develop and produce engaging short-form video content for TikTok that aligns with ELF’s brand voice and objectives.
- Shoot, edit, and optimize videos for TikTok, ensuring high quality and on-trend content.
- Research trending sounds, hashtags, and formats to maximize reach and engagement.
- Stay up to date with the latest TikTok trends and best practices.

**Social Media Strategy**:

- Work closely with the marketing and communication team to ensure content is aligned with overall social media and marketing strategies.
- Experiment with different content formats and ideas to increase engagement and grow our TikTok following.
- Work with other departments to leverage their expertise and resources for content creation.

**Analytics and Optimization**:

- Track key performance metrics, including views, likes, comments, shares, followers to analyze the effectiveness of content.
- Use insights from analytics to optimize content and strategy for better reach and engagement.
- Adjust content strategies based on performance data to continually improve results.

**Brand Representation**:

- Be a brand ambassador by authentically representing ELF’s values and mission through all content.
- Engage with followers and respond to comments in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Bachelor’s in marketing, Business or a related field.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate and execute innovative content ideas.
- Excellent visual storytelling and video editing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proven experience in content creation, particularly on TikTok.
- Strong understanding of TikTok’s algorithm, trends, and best practices.
- Must be fluent in both Arabic and English.
