**Job Title: TikTok Content Creator and Influencer**

**Job Summary**:
The TikTok Content Creator and Influencer will create and share original, engaging content on TikTok while growing their personal brand to influence a wide audience. This role requires a blend of creativity, trend awareness, and strategic thinking to develop content that captivates viewers and drives engagement. Additionally, the influencer will work to build and maintain partnerships with brands, collaborate with other influencers, and actively engage with the TikTok community.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**:

- Develop, shoot, and edit high-quality TikTok videos that align with both personal brand identity and partnered brand guidelines.
- Create content that resonates with the TikTok audience, utilizing trends, challenges, and platform-specific features.
- Experiment with various content formats (e.g., tutorials, reviews, lifestyle videos) to diversify and grow the audience.

**Brand Partnership & Collaboration**:

- Identify and collaborate with brands to create sponsored content that is authentic and engaging.
- Negotiate partnership terms, ensuring alignment with personal brand values and audience interests.
- Work with other influencers and content creators for cross-promotion and joint content creation.
- **Audience Engagement**:

- Build and maintain a strong, engaged follower base by responding to comments, messages, and participating in discussions.
- Conduct live streams, Q&A sessions, and other interactive content formats to deepen audience connection.
- Use insights from audience interactions to refine content strategy.

**Trend Research & Strategy**:

- Stay current with TikTok trends, viral challenges, and platform updates to inform content planning.
- Analyze content performance metrics and audience feedback to continuously improve content and engagement strategies.

**Personal Brand Management**:

- Develop and maintain a consistent personal brand that is authentic, relatable, and aligned with long-term goals.
- Curate and manage the overall aesthetic of the TikTok profile, including bio, video thumbnails, and pinned content.
- Use other social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) to cross-promote TikTok content and expand reach.

**Analytics & Reporting**:

- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including follower growth, engagement rates, and content views.
- Use analytics to identify successful content strategies and areas for improvement.
- Report on the success of brand partnerships and campaigns to stakeholders.

**Requirements**:
**Experience**:

- Proven track record of creating viral TikTok content and growing a significant follower base.
- Experience in managing brand partnerships and collaborations as an influencer.
- Background in video production and editing is highly desirable.

**Skills**:

- Strong understanding of TikTok’s algorithms, trends, and audience dynamics.
- Exceptional creativity and ability to generate fresh, engaging content ideas.
- Proficiency in video editing tools and TikTok’s in-app features.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for managing brand partnerships.
- Strong personal branding and marketing skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of social media marketing and influencer marketing strategies.

**Work Environment**:

- Flexible work environment with options for remote work.
- Ability to work outside of standard hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate content creation schedules.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
