We’re on the hunt for a creative and energetic TikTok Content Creator to join our team. You’ll be the mastermind behind our TikTok videos, bringing our brand’s personality to life and helping us stand out on social media. If you’re passionate about TikTok trends and have a flair for creating engaging content, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Create Content**: Develop and produce entertaining and high-quality TikTok videos that reflect our brand’s style and values. This includes coming up with ideas, shooting, editing, and posting content.
- **Stay on Trend**: Keep up with the latest TikTok trends and challenges, and incorporate them into your content to keep our brand relevant and engaging.
- **Engage with Followers**: Respond to comments, messages, and engage with our audience to build a community around our brand.
- **Monitor Performance**: Use TikTok’s analytics tools to track how your videos are performing. Analyse the data to understand what works best and make improvements.
- **Collaborate with Our Team**: Work with our marketing team to ensure your content aligns with our promotional campaigns and brand messaging.
- **Maintain Consistency**: Keep a regular posting schedule to ensure our TikTok presence remains active and engaging.
- **Ensure Compliance**: Follow TikTok’s guidelines and advertising standards, and make sure any sponsored content is properly disclosed.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience creating content on TikTok or a similar platform.
- A solid understanding of TikTok’s features, trends, and audience engagement techniques.
- Strong video production skills, including the ability to script, shoot, and edit content.
- A creative mindset with the ability to come up with fresh and engaging ideas.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well with a team.
- Experience with social media analytics and using data to drive content decisions.
