At Sana Commerce, we’re looking for a Junior Customer Success Manager to help our customers to drive value in UKI region by ensuring the best experience possible with our e-commerce platform.
**What you’ll be doing**:
- Driving the success within your portfolio of accounts based in UK and Ireland by acting as an internal advocate;
- Building and maintaining deeply rooted relationships with your customers;
- Increasing retention by taking actions on identified risks;
- Advising your customers on how our solution can help them achieve their objectives;
- Managing our online customer community.
**What you’ll bring**:
- You have at least 1 year of experience in Customer Success, Account management or Relationship management within the **UK - Irish** market;
- A high professional/ (near) native level of English. Any other (B2+) European language: Dutch, German, French, Italian, Danish, or Swedish is a plus;
- Excellent communication and listening skills;
- Customer-centric Mindset;
- A bachelor’s degree (minimum requirement).
**What you’ll get**:
