**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies to drive growth and profitability in the oil and gas sector
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships and acquisitions
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the industry, including customers, suppliers, and regulators
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and operations, to ensure successful execution of marketing and business development initiatives
- Develop and manage marketing budgets, including tracking and reporting on performance metrics
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in oil and gas marketing and business development

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing and business development in the oil and gas industry
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles and tactics, including market research, product positioning, and marketing communications
- Proven track record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the oil and gas industry
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of oil and gas industry regulations and compliance requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- Experience working with large oil and gas companies and/or service providers
- Knowledge of oil and gas exploration and production processes
- Familiarity with industry trade shows, conferences, and events
