We are looking for Office Assistant. Our company is currently dealing with hotel items, we are supplying various hotel here in United Arab Emirates. Applicants that are willing to join can submit their resume and if you meet the requirements.

- Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail
- Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed
- Maintaining files
- Welcoming visitors to your office
- Answering phone calls
- Taking and delivering messages
- Ensuring the office runs smoothly
**Requirements**:
1. Must Be Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel,Word)
2. At Least 2 Years of Experience in the same work field.
