**Concrètement votre quotidien ?**

En tant qu'Assistant Global Trade Solutions, vos principales missions sont:
Aider à la gestion des flux quotidiens:

- Soutenir le flux quotidien des transactions
- Présenter des demandes d'approbation de limites de crédit
- Préparer des calculs RAROC
- Réaliser les demandes de tarification des garanties à émettre via le "network"
- Suivre des opérations aux back-offices

Gérer le processus d'information sur l'activité Trade Finance (TF)):

- Mise à jour et la maintenance des outils de gestion, les bases de données pertinentes
- Préparation et communication de toute l'information liée aux activités de financement du commerce (déclaration des revenus, déclaration des activités, déclaration des capitaux, etc.)
- Vérification de la base de données RWA de toutes les transactions et prendre les mesures nécessaires

Aide commerciale en finance commerciale:

- Analyser les clients afin d'identifier les opportunités de produits GTS
- Préparer les visites clients qui nécessitent la préparation d'analyses de clieants et de livres de terrain pertinents, et les rencontrer
- Digital : Rejoignez la communauté numérique pour diffuser les meilleures pratiques en matière de numérisation des activités de financement du commerce, aidez les directeurs commerciaux de GTS à lancer/embarquer des clients sur nos solutions de canaux numériques.

Principales caractéristiques de l'activité du département : Global Trade solutions (GTS) est responsable de la gestion des ventes et des comptes des produits "flow" liés au commerce, à savoir les garanties bancaires et les paiements documentaires et les solutions de gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement (SCM).

L'objectif est de renforcer l'équipe de GTS MEA avec un assistant pour la gestion quotidienne des demandes entrantes et de soutenir le responsable GTS et le reste de l'équipe de GTS MEA. L'accent sera mis sur la gestion quotidienne des « produits de flux », la préparation des rapports de gestion interne et les activités de pré-vente. Les interactions se feront avec les intermédiaires et les back-offices, les clients, les autres trade centers et les gestionnaires de relations clients (RM).

Vous apprendrez comment une banque fonctionne, dans la banque d'entreprise en général, et spécifiquement dans les produits de financement du commerce. Vous approfondirez vos connaissances sur les produits traditionnels de financement du commerce tels que les garanties bancaires, les paiements documentaires, les L/C, l'atténuation des risques bancaires et nationaux et la gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, et gagnerez en expérience en analyse de base des flux de trésorerie/crédit et travaillez avec les outils de retour des risques (Raroc)

Un large éventail de possibilités d'emploi dans les banques d'entreprise peut être possible après cette expérience qui varie du poste de départ dans la gestion des relations ou d'autres secteurs de produits ou l'analyse de crédit. La plus évidente pourrait être une prochaine étape dans le Trade Finance ou Supply Chain.

Vous êtes titulaire d’un Master, et vous justifiez d’une expérience de 6 mois minimum (stage et alternance inclus) sur un poste similaire.

Vous parlez couramment anglais, des connaissances en français ou en arabe seraient un plus. Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le Pack Office (Excel).
