**Responsibilities**:

- Seeking an individual who possesses a proactive and enterprising disposition, with a strong inclination towards technology (previous tech experience is preferred), and an essential requirement for a start-up mindset.
- Extensive background in roles focused on customer engagement and account management, ideally within the Technology Industry. Recent involvement in enterprises centered around Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) offerings is preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of effectively overseeing enduring relationships with accounts spanning various organizational tiers (including C-level, IT, and Operational).
- Proven capability to navigate geographical and cultural barriers, adeptly collaborating with intricate clients involving multiple stakeholders and potential partners within the ecosystem.
- Flourishes in an agile work environment encompassing diverse clients and projects.
- Proficient in task management, time allocation, and proficient at conceptualizing solutions to meet client requisites, ensuring optimal value from our services.

**Skills Required**:

- Possesses 3 to 5 years of experience in a Customer Success capacity.
- Exceptional skills in communication and managing stakeholders.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience in Insurance industry
- Proficiency in Arabic and French is also highly valued.
