Bord Eau is a classical French cuisine elevated by the very best produce. Artfully plated dishes paired with the finest wines promise a meal to remember at this Louis XIII décor inspired restaurant.

Ability to handle multiple guest queries efficiently.

What will you do?

Welcome guests in a cheery, welcoming manner.
Handle guest queries/complaints.
Remain aware of incoming VIP's/Special Guests.
Take incoming calls on Bord Eau restaurant service phone promptly.
Maintain Positive Guest Relations.
Accomodate guest requests for change curteously.
Assist Bord Eau team & other Shangri-La colleagues where possible.

The hotel comprises 213 luxurious guestrooms and suites and 6 four-bedroom villas with private pools, all furnished to the highest standards in a modern Arabic style.
