The Solutions Development Manager is responsible for steering the identification and qualification of Enterprise Services sales opportunities, development of viable value propositions for these, and designing holistic solutions with internal cross functional teams and our customers, to enable successful Enterprise Services bids in the sales phase and contract expansion during the operations phase.

**Your tasks and responsibilities**
- You will be responsible for business development, funnel development, and solution architecture of Enterprise Services offerings across the Middle East and Southern & Eastern Africa (MESA) zone.
- You will collaborate with the Siemens Healthineers zone sales team, business areas, and Enterprise services project team to identify, qualify and successfully pursue Enterprise Services sales opportunities within the zone.
- You will support the zone Head of Enterprise Services in the development and implementation of Go-to-Market workshops and strategy execution.
- You are responsible for enriching the team’s understanding of the Enterprise Services solution’s technical and financial value proposition - this includes customer economics, pain points and how the solution can increase customers’ revenues and/or lower costs.
- You will steer the development and implementation of co-ideation and co-creation workshops with internal and external stakeholders to develop tailored, holistic, and competitive Value Partnership solutions that optimize and advance the clinical pathway.
- You will be responsible for solution authorship and write well-structured and cohesive Enterprise Services presentations and offer documents for internal and external audiences.
- You will create and maintain comprehensive documentation including business development plans, external and internal presentations, offer documents, and solution development process documents.
- You will act as an internal quality control check for solution design and respective documents to ensure quality of the deliverables.
- In collaboration with the sales team, you will present solution offers to senior customer levels up to C-level highlighting our USP and internally to the Enterprise Services project teams and senior management - to enable the successful sale of Enterprise Services solutions.
- You will be responsible for developing a local knowledge repository on Siemens Healthcare’s portfolio including its competitive strength & weaknesses and how these relate to Enterprise Services solutions and clinical pathways.
- You will be responsible for developing and documenting Enterprise Services market trends and competitive landscape - and utilizing this knowledge to identify target markets and design differentiated solutions.
- You will develop a network and collaborate within Siemens Healthineers and with other Siemens organizations to develop comprehensive Enterprise Services solution proposals.
- You will be responsible for scouting the local and international market to identify and partner with third parties that complement our offering.
- You will be responsible for the support, the coaching, and the education of our colleagues in the countries to enable and empower them in business development and solution development for Enterprise Services projects.
- You are available to travel locally and internationally to support the projects.

**Your qualifications and experience**
- University degree in either medical science, healthcare economics, technology or business administration
- Minimum of 5 years of healthcare clinical or sales experience and working with business stakeholders in a cross-functional matrix environment.
