Clerical Assistant

Clerical Assistant Job Duties
- Providing administrative support to executive management, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel arrangements
- Performing clerical tasks such as preparing mailings, filing documents, ordering supplies, and answering phones
- Compiling data from documents such as accounting ledgers, company reports, or legal briefs
- Coordinating meetings by arranging event details such as catering services, room setup, and speaker arrangements
- Managing office operations such as ordering supplies, maintaining equipment, and managing inventory
- Providing clerical support such as typing documents or processing mail, faxes, or phone calls
- Organizing files and preparing reports for managers regarding department activities or procedures
- Assisting in the development of policies and procedures regarding the use of technology within an organization
Education: Bachelors degree in B-coM/Finance or equivalent with MS Office efficiency. Strong efficiency required in MS Excel.
**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
