Position: Real Estate Receptionist
Location: K11 Greece Cluster Office#12 International City, Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Management:
- Greet clients and visitors.
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate agents.
- Client Support:
- Schedule property viewings and meetings.
- Provide basic information about properties and services.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
- Prepare and organize property brochures, forms, and contracts.
- Database Management:
- Maintain accurate client and property records in the CRM system.
- Office Support:
- Manage office supplies and ensure the reception area is organized.
- Assist in preparing meeting rooms for client interactions.
**Required Skills**:
- Education: High school diploma (Real estate or administrative qualifications preferred).
- Experience: Previous receptionist or customer service experience (Real estate experience a plus).
- Skills:
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in real estate or office management.
- Knowledge of CRM software.
