As a Project Manager at LEILA KHALIL INTERIOR DESIGN LLC, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of interior design projects. You will collaborate closely with clients, design professionals, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining open and transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.

2. Develop and manage project plans, including scope, budget, and schedule, while ensuring alignment with client objectives.

3. Oversee and coordinate project activities, from conceptual design through to final installation.

4. Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including project charters, budgets, schedules, and status reports.

5. Lead project team meetings, setting clear expectations, assigning responsibilities, and tracking project progress.

6. Collaborate with the design team to ensure design intent is realized during the construction phase.

7. Manage project budgets, track expenses, and address any deviations from the budget.

8. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely and accurate procurement and installation of materials and furnishings.

9. Implement risk management strategies to identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues.

10. Ensure all work adheres to industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.

11. Monitor and evaluate project performance, providing regular status updates to clients and stakeholders.

12. Conduct site visits and inspections to verify project progress and quality of work.

13. Maintain a strong focus on quality control and client satisfaction throughout the project.

14. Handle project closeout activities, including punch lists, final inspections, and client handovers.

**Qualifications**:
1. A bachelor's degree in project management, interior design, architecture, or a related field.

2. Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in interior design or related industries.

3. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.

4. Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Asana.

5. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

6. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.

7. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

8. Knowledge of interior design materials, furnishings, and industry suppliers is a plus.

9. A strong commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.

10. Experience in construction and renovation project management is preferred.
