Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Initiation: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

2. Project Planning: Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

3. Team Management: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including setting goals, providing feedback, and managing conflicts.

4. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans.

5. Stakeholder Management: Communicate project progress, issues, and changes to stakeholders, including project sponsors, customers, and team members.

6. Budgeting and Cost Management: Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.

7. Quality Management: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, and implement quality control processes.

8. Monitoring and Control: Track project progress, identify and address deviations from plan, and take corrective action.

9. Closure: Formalize lessons learned, document project outcomes, and evaluate project success.

**Requirements**:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

2. Experience: Minimum 5 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

3. Skills:

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent project planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple stakeholders, and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Proficient in project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, MS Project, or equivalent.

1. Industry knowledge: Familiarity with hospitality Industry

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
