**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze market data to develop strategies for business growth.
- **Lead Generation and Prospecting**:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques.
- Qualify leads and set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and senior executives.

**Sales and Relationship Management:Strategic Planning:Proposal Development:Performance Tracking and Reporting:Networking**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Present and promote company products/services to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company goals and targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align business development efforts with company objectives.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and sales pitches to potential clients.
- Customize proposals based on client requirements and company capabilities.
- Track and report on business development activities, sales metrics, and results.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on progress and performance.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the company’s presence and build relationships.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- High level of initiative and self-motivation.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in Sales.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.
- Knowledge of market research techniques and competitive analysis.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media strategies.

**Work Environment**:

- Office-based with potential travel for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
