- The role will involve advising on a variety of insurance matters including advising, drafting, negotiating and advising on insurance policies and coverage issues.
- Examine the claims and verify insurance eligibility, as well as record any charges and other payments or adjustments.
- Responsible for detecting any coding errors or performing any modifications needed.
- Other responsibilities include assisting clients in obtaining and understanding insurance benefits.
- In the office, communication with other staff members and insurance providers.
- Responsible for updating any internal databases and organise customer records, billing details, and registration forms.

Nature and length of previous experience:

- Minimum 5 years insurance experience in the UAE
- Specialist knowledge: General, Motor or Medical Insurance
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Self Motivated
- Result Oriented
- Confident

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
