Marketing Admin with Accounting Knowledge

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A MARKETING ADMIN. with ACCOUNTING BACKGROUND WHO IS AVAILABLE TO JOIN OUR COMPANY IMMEDIATELY.
- **Marketing Duties/Responsibilities**:_
- Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies
- Designing and implementing marketing plans
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
- Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
- **Accounting Duties/Responsibilities**:_
- Preparation of Invoices
- Manage the day-to-day Petty Cash system
- Assists senior accountants with all financial operations
- Assist the team in the preparation of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements
- Compiles weekly and monthly financial statements and reports
- Maintaining accounts receivable, document bills and supporting documentation
- Maintaining accounts payable and ensure timely payment of invoices
- **Admin Duties/Responsibilities**:_
- Provides general administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Carries out admin duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.,
- Answers phone calls, schedules meetings, etc.
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Makes travel arrangements for staff going on vacation such as booking flights,
- **Skills/Abilities**:_
- Advanced knowledge and skills in Accounting Software (Tally and Quickbook)
- Knowledge of modern marketing techniques
- Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Knowledge of office management and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers etc.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- **Requirement**:_
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- At least 2 years of UAE experience
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
