**Marketing Admin Coordinator**
To coordinate between the agency and its client by working on the field, representing the agency, suggesting a marketing strategy, following up with clients weekly requirements, greate new social media content & ideas.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Generating leads.

- Helping determine posting schedules for social media, promotions.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports.

- Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
- Understanding and promoting company programs.
- Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
- Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
- Maintaining client records.
- Finding new clients & coordinate with referrals
**Requirements**:
- 3 years' experience in a marketing company, or related field.
- Experience in sales.
- understanding of the marketing process and dynamics.
- A commitment to excellent customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
- Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
- Driving License
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
